I read the monthly magazine Etcetera the following guide the authors recommend to be Politically Correct, I will discuss in full text in native language:

1. No criticar a los medios oficiales (los mal llamados medios publicos) para no hacerle el juego al enemigo.
2. Decir que la sonrisa de Carmen Aristegui es un motivo mas para querer la patria
3. Afirmar que Radio Centro o MVS son malas empresas por el trato que dieron a Jose Gutierrez pero al mismo tiempo reconocer que éstas le ofrecieron un espacio a Aristegui. En ese sentido, lo que aún ignoramos es si Radio Centro o MVS tambien son motivos para querer la patria.
4. No dormirse ante ningún programa del Canal del Congreso o del Canal Judicial.
5. Reirse con los chistoretes de German Dehesa, Jesusa Rodriguez y el Llanero Solitito.
6. Sostener que grabaciones telefonicas o videos prueban la culpabilidad de alguien (aunque luego habria que luchar contra la invasion de la vida privada).
7. Integrar alguna ONG y viajar gratis por todo el mundo (la lucha es la lucha).
8. Criticar a la CNDH y a la Suprema Corte y luego denunciarlos ante organismos internacionales.
9. Hablar de los "niños en situacion de calle" en vez de llamarles callejeros o vagabundos; a las putas decirles sexo servidoras, y a los ancianos o viejos adultos en plenitud (aunque sea de plenitud... pero de achaques).
10. Participar en el redondeo (si no, como distribuir la riqueza).
11. Platicar con un taxista sobre la reforma energetica, medios, economia y finanzas, salud, discriminacion, empleo, deportes, ecologia, agricultura, ganaderia, derechos humanos, astronomía, procesos electorales, poesía, literatura, musica, pintura, escultura y arte. Ah, y al final de la charla preguntarse "¿por que personas como nosotros" no dirigimos el destino del pais (y del mundo)?
12. Jamás irle al America (entre otras cosas, porque es la presencia de Televisa en el futbol mexicano).
13. Enviar cartas de amor a través de Sepomex (y esperar la respuesta tambien por esa via).

I read in the Alejandro Pisanty blog an item very interesting about the problem of Banda Ancha in Mexico.

As we know in Mexico La Banda Ancha is very expensive in comparison as in the United States, in our country where the service is 3 times more expensive.

Alejandro has three visions about the banda ancha and development in Mexico that well worth reviewing:

1. Sergio Sarmiento, muy atinadamente, habla a favor de la disponibilidad de redes de banda ancha como un elemento fundamental para el desarrollo. Buenos y claros argumentos a favor de la disponibilidad de estas redes y de la de frecuencias libres para proveerlas con conexión inalámbrica. Si acaso yerra es en identificar banda ancha con (A)DSL, tecnología adecuada para el hogar y pequeñas instalaciones organizacionales, y no con un espectro más amplio de tecnologías, entre las cuales están los enlaces dedicados y las "lambdas", otra manera de proveer conectividad a través de enlaces dedicados. Si en ADSL y enlaces como E1's o STM-1's el problema es de altos precios por escasa competencia, en fibra obscura es simplemente la ausencia del producto en el mercado. Mucho más grave. Y lo es más si la CFE no abre una ventana hacia las necesidades de la investigación y la educación. Andrés escribe impulsado por las malas calificaciones o más bien malas ubicaciones aplicadas por el Foro Económico Mundial a países latinoamericanos en el Índice de Preparación Digital al que me he referido en entradas anteriores. Y apunta: "los autores del ranking, titulado Índice Global de Tecnología de la Información, me señalaron que la conectividad es, cada vez más, la clave para lograr crecimiento a largo plazo" y "que la caída de la región no se debe a que sus países hayan dejado de invertir en infraestructura de internet, educación o innovación, sino a que otros, en diferentes regiones, lo están haciendo a mayor velocidad."

3. Se Cita un boletín de prensa de la UNAM, "el director general de Telmex, Héctor Slim Seade, destacó que un factor esencial en el desarrollo acelerado que el país requiere, es la incorporación de la Internet al sistema educativo mexicano en todos sus niveles y especialidades. La principal limitante para el crecimiento de la banda ancha en la nación, agregó, es que cuatro de cada cinco hogares no tienen computadora, de éstos, aproximadamente el 80 por ciento ya cuenta con acceso a Internet; de ahí la importancia de incrementar la penetración de equipos en las viviendas."

Its currently in the final phase of the project of CBTis 213 website in the city of Minatitlán, Veracruz.

The project has some interesting phases, to develop an application for preregistration of new students. The record will be totally online, and to enter your information will be sent by e-mail data bank for payment, the documents must bear the date of registration and the date they have to take their documents.

Another interesting phase would be the implementation of the platform for distance education in our country is that standardizing the use of the application called moodle.

Finally, one last step could be the acquisition of an HP ProLiant server, it will install and configure the system Debian LINUX with the following network services: (SSH, Web Server, DNS and Mail Server).

Obviously, the physical installation of the server brings other details such as the acquisition of a public IP, router, and a firewall to ensure the network. Without neglecting a good land and air conditioning system of institutions.

Starting this year 2008 working. With the change of Municipal Government and Making protest of Antonio Pouchoulen Cardenas was redesigned the web portal of the City of Las Choapas with new content.

Even missing some modules to be developed as the site of the Municipal DIF and transparency, as well as a section of tourism, which promote the areas where you can practice in the ecotourism in Las Choapas.

An important point when configure our IP, after the installation could do in the following two ways:

Manual configuration.

At the beginning of this month I was in the H. Legislature of the State of Veracruz to the first progress report of the site www.renatotronco.com of Renato Tronco Gomez.

That day in Solemn Session, with the assistance Congress Official representatives from all Sectors of the Institution, was installed LXI Legislature of the State of Veracruz, three years 2007-2010. "I'm one of those early adopters of Vista," said Yvonne Genovese, an analyst who was interviewing Ballmer along with fellow analyst David Smith on stage at a conference forum. "My daughter comes in one day and says, 'Hey Mom, my friend has Vista, and it has these neat little things called gadgets -- I need those.'"

Said Ballmer: "I love your daughter."

"You're not going to like her mom in about two minutes," said Genovese, while the crowd laughed.

She went on to explain that she installed Vista for her daughter -- and two days later went right back to using the XP operating system. "It's safe, it works, all the hardware is fine, and everything is great," she said of XP.

This day formally I initiated in the update and migration of the Sistema de Evaluacion Docente, this aplication to developed people it of computer science of the Instituto Tecnologico de Aguascalientes.

The technology in which the project was developed was in Tomcat, JSP, JDBC, and I do not know so that but the Database is in FoxPro. It causes that the application works only in Windows Operating System.

Therefore, I am going to him to make some changes to the application like:

• To migrate the Database to an alternative Open Source like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• To optimize the querys and to scale the application.
• To modify the DSN of connection with JDBC in each page, and to create an only chain of connection to the database.
• To generate randomly groups and students to evaluate certain professor.
• To export the results in tables .dbf, because therefore the information in the ITA is processed.

   This weekend I went with Carlos to the Bocana of fishing, was interesting the day, we were ourselves from early and we could take hold a few fish.

The pleasant thing was in the morning to see arcoiris, was a very good day, since the sky was cleared and I could take very good photos, that I liked much.

I must recognize that it gave many desire me to put to the water to dive, but I did not do it because he was well sunny, since from early we were fishing with first rays of the sun.

At night I passed me super good, I went with Cindy to the Escolleras and we enjoyed a great Vista, I believe that they passed about 4 boats in all that time that we were there.

   I write already of return of the CIAPEM organized in the WTC of the city of Veracruz, obvious although were many interesting things is a great Circus organized by this Committee of Computer science. The idea is interesting, and to them it was happened to them 6 years ago, which to caused substantial contracts.

But there were huge moments like finding me with a rest of friends who not saw for already several years, the Sonora government impressive! and the Oracle Portal I speak it later.

The presentation of El Espectaculo de Jarocho was touching, doubt does not fit that is huge, I say by anything do not have the international recognition, and the spectacle is worth the trouble and the admiration.

In order to close the Event Andres Bustamante, the famous Guiri Guiri with its occurrences that seem so natural, I take the applauses of people multitude, I believe that they were 3000 people in the enclosure.

Great controversy has created the implantation in the state of Veracruz of the Ley de Transparencia approved in the Senate of the Republic at the beginning of year.

What happens it is that the State Government wants to standardize the websites of municipalities and institutes to use the same information, up to here all good.

The interesting thing of the case, is that all the sites want that they are exactly equal to the taken care of ones by the state government, which conserve the red color of fidelity and the photo of governor Herrera Beltran, which has caused malaise for many by such decision.

It will already tell them in that this history finishes...

At the beginning of this month I was in the City of Mexico, the intention to go was for making the line of specialization and certification Administration and security in UNIX, the line was made in mascarones center of UNAM.

The complete Specialization it include points like: the monitoreo and audit of security, mail agents, and security in data base and services HTTP.

When finishing the contents of the Specialty was applied the evaluation for the certification, and it had some very interesting things, like monotorizacion constant of the system and the rating-negation of services of network. To my to seem of but the important thing was the configuration of services with support SSL like the beginning of the service HTTPS, although the frame of the digital credentials, not this very contained in Mexico, many companies follows the tendency of marks like the VeriSign.

This Wednesday was published my column in the Diario del Golfo, in this occasion I spoke the subject of the reform in the energy sector that as much makes lack for the country.

One of the important ideas but of the reform, is the preservation of the oil resources, due to the sobreoperation and badly taken care of the reserve of Cantarel this in decay.

It is urgent that the PEMEX authorities preserve better the patrimony of many thousands of Mexican and invest in technology to look for among other things new oil deposits.

In recent days friends of Buenos Aires and Santiago of Chile did an interesting question to me about validating groups of elements in HTML_QuickForm, they were looking for in google but they did not find much information on the matter.

The answer for such case was to use arrays, but when not being very it specifies such implementation here I place the example of a group of elements that contains a select and text box element:

$pais=array('EUA','MEX','BRA'=>'ARG','CHI','SPA');
$name[]= &HTML_QuickForm::createElement('select','pais','',$pais);
$name[]= &HTML_QuickForm::createElement('text','provincia','');
$form->addGroup($name,'residencia','Procedence:','');

Well, now that already we declared the group of elements we are going to apply the following rules of validation:

1. Pais is required.
2. Provincia is required and it must contain 5 characters like minimum.

$first_rule = array('Invalid','required');
$last_rule = array('Invalid','required');
$last2_rule = array('It must contain 5 characters like minimum','minlength',5);

Let us happen now to the second level of arrays:

$first= array($first_rule);

In these days, in the Site of the Government of Las Choapas, it will be begun to make some surveys through official page, some interesting questions are:

1. As you think that it is the main problem that this Government would have to take care of in our municipality?
2. - That would have to change in the Administration to offer a better service?

Good, those are some questions that could serve as base for a series of surveys in social benefit.

Before going out on vacations, we implanted in the Instituto Tecnologico Superior de Coatzacoalcos a system of Inscriptions and socioeconomic study for the aspirings to enter the Institute.

The interesting thing of the case is not the system in himself, but that the application will be bound to the Database that has the Centro Nacional de Evaluacion para la Educacion Superior A.C., and it will look for to make a transparent migration of the data registered in the ITESCO to which it is in the CENEVAL Servers.
